Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We accept major credit and debit cards, along with other secure payment methods available during checkout.

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. Luxe Lab Supply does not store your payment information.

Order Processing

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized and received.

If a payment cannot be verified or is declined, your order may be delayed or canceled.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the specialized nature of Research Use Only (RUO) products, all sales are final except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@luxelabsupply.com so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter.

For orders that were properly fulfilled and delivered, Luxe Lab Supply may provide order records, payment confirmation, shipping documentation, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor in response to a dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account restrictions.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Shipping options and rates are displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Preorders

Certain products may be offered as preorders.

By placing a preorder, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is collected at the time the preorder is placed.

  • Estimated fulfillment times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

  • Manufacturing, supply chain, or customs delays may affect fulfillment.

  • If a preorder becomes unavailable or experiences a significant delay, we will contact you with available options, which may include waiting for fulfillment or receiving a refund.

International Shipping

Luxe Lab Supply ships to select international destinations.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their country.

Luxe Lab Supply is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, taxes, duties, product seizures, or packages refused by customs authorities.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time after shipment, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Carrier Delays, Lost Packages & Damaged Shipments

After a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

Luxe Lab Supply is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier operations, customs processing, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
